• The tournament is open to PGM Indoor Golf Members only. — Sign up to become a member in order to participate.
• Participants must comply with all PGM Indoor Golf Terms of Service and adhere to fair play rules.
• Any form of cheating, including software manipulation or unauthorized modifications, will result in immediate disqualification.
• Submissions will be confirmed and matched against our membership database.

• The tournament will be played on a preset selected course chosen by PGM Indoor Golf.
• Players may play the course an unlimited number of times to achieve their best possible score.
• Only one final score submission per participant will be accepted for leaderboard ranking.
• Scores must be submitted to the official submission board for verification.

• All leaderboard participants must submit their final score to the submission board.
• Submission Deadline: March 16th, 2025, at 23:59 EST.
• Late submissions will not be considered for ranking.

• The leaderboard will be ranked based on the highest score achieved.
• The top three participants will be awarded prizes based on placement:

Note: In case of a tie, the earliest submitted score will take precedence.

• Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers as determined by the leaderboard ranking.
• Prize details will be announced prior to the tournament start date.
• Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided at registration.

• All participants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.
• Unsportsmanlike behavior, including harassment or manipulation of results, will lead to disqualification.
• PGM Indoor Golf reserves the right to investigate and remove any fraudulent scores.

• PGM Indoor Golf reserves the right to modify rules or cancel the tournament if necessary.
• Any disputes or concerns must be submitted in writing before the tournament concludes.
