Welcome to PGM Indoor Golf Inc. (“PGM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our indoor virtual golf facilities and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully as they outline your responsibilities and our expectations.

  1. Service Overview
    PGM Indoor Golf Inc. provides indoor virtual golfing experiences 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our goal is to offer an enjoyable and inclusive environment for all users.

  2. Booking and Reservations

    All reservations must be made through our Skedda booking platform (“Booking Platform”). By making a reservation, you agree to:

    • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all information provided during the booking process is accurate and up-to-date.

    • Adhere to Reserved Timeslot and Facility Usage Guidelines: Use the facilities within the reserved time and follow all usage guidelines provided.

    • Respond Promptly: Respond promptly to any communications related to your booking to ensure a smooth experience.

    • Bring Your Own Club Policy: Guests are required to bring their own golf clubs for the reservation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the reservation without the possibility of a refund.

  3. Memberships
    PGM offers membership plans with the following terms:

    • 3-Month Term: Memberships are billed automatically every 3 months as a recurring charge. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each 3-month period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
    • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account on our Booking Platform or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
    • No Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for memberships, bookings, or other purchases, regardless of cancellation.
    • Membership Benefits: Membership entitles you to exclusive access to booking privileges and other benefits as outlined in the membership details on our website.
  4. User Responsibilities
    To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all, users are required to:

    • Bring their own equipment. Users are responsible for ensuring their equipment is in safe and appropriate condition for use within our facility.
    • Clean up after themselves. Users must leave the space clean and organized for the next booking. This includes returning any items moved during your session and disposing of waste properly.
    • Treat everyone with fairness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior towards staff, other users, or guests will not be tolerated.
    • Zero Tolerance for Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. Bringing alcohol or consuming alcoholic drinks within the facility is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access and loss of membership privileges.
  5. Facility Access
    Access to the facility is granted based on your reservation. Unauthorized access or use of the facility without a booking is strictly prohibited.

  6. Cancellations and No-Shows
    You may cancel or modify your reservation through our Booking Platform, subject to our cancellation policy:

    • Cancellations made within [Insert Timeframe] of the reserved timeslot may incur a fee.
    • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
  7. Liability and Waiver
    By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of indoor golfing activities. PGM Indoor Golf Inc. is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use of the facility or equipment.

  8. Code of Conduct
    All users must adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

    • Use the facility safely and responsibly.
    • Respect staff instructions and facility rules.
    • Do not engage in behavior that could harm yourself, others, or the facility.
  9. Termination of Access
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our facilities or services for violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with staff instructions.

  10. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
